  • Is the price per person or per pedicab?
    The price is per person.
  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
    We work only on reservations. We do not have a storefront, so the guide only shows up at your booked time at the designated meeting spot.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
    Yes, you can. Your satisfaction is important to us. Just let us know beforehand, so that the guide does not waste his time.
  • How many people can fit in one pedicab?
    Pedicabs carry 2 to 3 adults. If you need two or more pedicabs, we make sure that they stay close together (often side by side) during the entire tour, so that your group stays together.
  • Is the TIP included in the price of the tour?
    Guide gratuities are not included in the tour price, so if you enjoy your tour, tips are very much appreciated, though certainly not required or expected.
  • Where does the tour start?
    You can find it in your confirmation.
  • Where does the tour end?
    We will end the tour back at your park vehical.
  • What happens if I arrive late?
    Just let us know if you are going to be late for the tour and we will inform the tour guide to wait for you.
  • Do we need to bring some form of proof that we paid for the tour?
    No, you do not need it. Once you purchase tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation. You might keep it in your email but you do not need to present it to your guide.
  • How should I dress in winter time?
    As our activity takes place outside, please “dress in layers”. And take it seriously!
  • Can the driver take my picture?
    Sure, we have paparazzi photographer experience.
  • Do you have a weight limit?
    It is not a weight limit, just to sit comfortable in a pedicab. We recommend a max of 550 lbs per pedicab.
  • Do you conduct a tour for one person?
    Yes.
  • Which tours do you conduct in the winter time?
    We conduct all of our tours as we have mild winter. We may cancel or reschedule a tour in the event of extreme winter weather.
  • Can we start a tour early in the morning or late in the evening rather than regular schedule ?
    Yes, we can. Just send us email with your desired time.
  • Can i take a glass of wine or beer on the tour?
    Contrary to popular belief, there is no general statewide prohibition on public consumption of alcohol in the Texas Penal Code. In other words, Texas law allows a person to drink a beer while walking down the street (or while standing in an alleyway) unless otherwise prohibited.
  • Is the tour better in the morning or in the afternoon?
    In the summertime, it is better in the morning because it can get sultry in the afternoon. In the winter time, it is better around noon because it is the warmest time of the day.
  • What happens if it rains?
    We do not do tours in the rain (even when it a small chance of rain) because you are wet and a guide is wet. That is not pleasant for anyone. So we will contact you to reschedule it for another day or issue a refund.
  • Where does the tour starts?
    Once you book the tour you will receive confirmation with meeting spot details.
  • Do you provide a discount for a big group?
    We provide discounts for group larger than 10 people. Please email us and mention that your group is larger than 10 people.
  • Do you have a place to store my walker or luggage or wheelchair while I am on your tour?
    No, we do not have a storefront.
  • If you do not see availability on that day that you want?
    Then there is no availability on that day. No need to call to check it.
